- Passport
- Emirates Identity Card (both sides)
- Residency visa (not applicable to UAE Nationals)
- Family Book (for UAE Nationals only)
- One passport sized photograph (color, white background)
- Birth certificate (attested)
- Recent school report (within UAE)
- Immunization records
- ESIS withdrawal transcript (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Western Region)
- Transfer Certificate (if outside Abu Dhabi)
- Recommendation Form (form available on website)
- Address Proof (ADDC bill / Tawtheeq)
- Insurance card
