January 30th is the World NTD Day. Neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) are parasitic, viral, and bacterial diseases that cause substantial illness for more than one billion people globally affecting the world’s poorest people, mainly in Africa.
Our principal, Mr. Mohamad Saad, shared his NTD selfie to raise awareness for Neglected Tropical Diseases. We ask our parents, students, and staff to support this cause by posting their NTD selfies and tagging @Ajyalmbz and hashtag #worldntdday2021.
